- It is important to know that this price guarantee ONLY applies when you place an order over $99. You will get free shipping as well as a thank you for your business.
- If you have found a better price for a product in our store somewhere else ONLINE, we will match it. However, it has to be the same product and the order your placing with Painters Solutions has to be over $99, again this only applies to other online stores and online orders.
Customers must contact us by phone or email to inform our customer service department of that particular item, as well as the price that was found elsewhere and the retailer that is selling the item before they place the order.

The product has to be the same product as well, therefore; after the customer has inquired about the product, Painters Solutions reserves the right to research the product, verify the price and availability to ensure that it matches the same product found in our system. The product also has to be in stock at Painters Solutions. This guarantee does not apply to pre-orders, items out of stock, or items that will be restocked (or added) per customer request.
Painters Solutions will NOT price match the following:
- Prices on products that are misprinted or stolen from other retailers AND their sales that the retailer might be having. For example, any product that is discounted due to Black Friday, Going Out of Business, Closeout Sales, Cyber Monday, etc.
- Items from online marketplaces, auction sites, or sites that require membership such as: eBay, Overstock.com, Amazon, Sears.com, Rakuten, Yahoo! Shopping, Newegg and Bonanza
- Gifter products or product that come with a gift card per purchase. A product that has ANY discount applied to it such as but not limited to: buy one get one advertising and more.
- Products that comes with an instant rebate, bundle offer, free shipping offers, mail-in offers or any other offer that includes financing.
